Sassicaia 2021, 75cl - IGT Toscana

The Le Difese (Toscana IGT) is a blend of 70% Cabernet and 30% Sangiovese and has been produced by Tenuta San Guido since 2003. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, maceration lasts about 12 days - for both the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Sangiovese. The Le Difese then matures for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and a further three months in the bottle.
